1. This year’s down filling meets the national standard of 80% white duck down, with 450g fill weight (machine-filled with computer-set values, each jacket has a fill variance of less than 10g). Pure down, open for inspection upon request!
2. Exclusively custom 18-thread fabric identical to ZP, utilizing Arctic Tech fabric technology with an outer layer of 84.5% polyester and 15.5% cotton; lining is 100% nylon, padding is 100% polyester, providing lasting water resistance, windproofing, and warmth.
3. Inner lining is 40D nylon with an AC oil-based finish, single-dyed with a level-5 colorfastness; collar uses high-density mercerized velvet, and pocket lining is high-density, stretchy fleece that is soft and skin-friendly. The inner layer is crafted from 330T full-polyester with #7 anti-down stitching, guaranteed to prevent down leakage—if it does, it’s free!
4. Sewn on Japanese JUKI heavy-duty machines with 106 reinforcements throughout, exactly as on the original. Each stitch is 1-1.1 cm long, with density and length matching the original.
5. Features genuine Yoshida YKK zippers and Y-style hook-and-loop fasteners; cuffs are made with custom thickened seamless ribbing, now enhanced with high-elastic spandex and gold thread for extra elasticity and strength.
6. Custom chest embroidery using imported Tajima embroidery machines for dense, dimensional logos, almost identical to the original.
7. The fur trim is made from Canadian imported coyote fur, with top-quality fur trims purchased in spring, measuring 14cm in width and 55cm in length, ensuring consistent quality throughout the winter season.
8. Comes in a premium gift bag with full documentation, perfect for gifting or personal use.
9. Every detail is patterned and 1:1 based on the 2021 original model, setting it apart from lower-quality on the market.
