Down Jacket Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your down jacket, you may return it for a refund or exchange under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Window: You may return or exchange your down jacket within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Condition of Items: The jacket must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Jackets that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are non-returnable.
  • Customized or personalized down jackets cannot be returned.

How to Return Your Down Jacket

  1. In-Store Returns: If purchased in-store, simply bring the jacket along with the receipt to any of our locations.
  2. Online Returns: For online orders, log in to your account on our website, locate your order, and follow the instructions for a return. Pack the jacket securely and use the prepaid shipping label provided.
  3. Return Shipping: For online returns, a nominal fee may apply for return shipping if using our prepaid label. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or size).

Exchanges

  • Same Item, Different Size/Color: You may exchange your down jacket for a different size or color of the same model, subject to availability.
  • Different Item: If you wish to exchange for a different model, please contact customer service; a price adjustment may apply.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a down jacket that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
