Are these reviews real?
Yes. Each one is a screenshot of an actual WhatsApp message from a customer who received their jacket. We never write reviews ourselves and never edit the wording.
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide with tracking. Most orders arrive within 7-12 days. Some customers mention longer delivery times in their reviews – we leave those comments up on purpose.
Can I leave a review with photos?
Yes. Every product page has a review form that accepts photos. We also welcome WhatsApp feedback and may ask permission to feature it on this page.
Do you remove negative reviews?
No. If a customer mentions a delay or a flaw, that feedback stays published. We use it to fix packing and shipping issues.
How is the quality checked before shipping?
Every jacket is inspected – baffles, zippers, stitching, logos and lining – and photographed before it leaves the warehouse, so what you see on the product page is the actual stock.
How we handle reviews
RepDownJacket publishes customer feedback the way it arrives: screenshots of real WhatsApp conversations, lightly cropped only to hide phone numbers and personal details. We do not incentivize reviews, we do not filter out critical ones, and we do not rewrite them. If a review mentions a real problem (like a slow delivery week), we reply to the customer and fix the process – the review stays.
