Shipping & Payments

Free Shipping on Every Order

All orders ship free — no minimum, no exceptions. The price you see at checkout is the final price. We do not add any shipping or handling charges, and we ship worldwide.

Delivery Time

• Typical delivery: about 7 days after your order ships.
• Delivery may take slightly longer during holiday seasons, extreme weather, or customs inspections in your country — we will keep you informed by email if that happens.
• Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow it door to door.

Order Processing & Tracking

1. Place your order — you will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
2. Once your jacket ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
3. Track your package any time using the link in the email — updates appear within 24–48 hours of shipment.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@repdownjacket.com and we will investigate right away.

Payment Methods

We accept four payment methods, all processed over encrypted, secure connections:

• PayPal — pay with your PayPal balance or linked account; includes PayPal Buyer Protection on every order.
• Credit / Debit Card (via Stripe) — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Card details are processed by Stripe; they are never stored on our servers.
• Stripe — in addition to cards, Stripe supports other local payment options available at checkout depending on your country.
• Zelle — available for customers with a US bank account. Select Zelle at checkout and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Refunds are always issued back to the payment method you used — PayPal refund to your PayPal, card refund to your card, Zelle refund to your bank account. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
